Art of DryPro was very professional and helpful. He was very insightful and proactive, helping to identify the cause and spread of mold growth due to roof leaking. They completed demo, clean, and disinfection quickly and professionally. Even though the project scope was larger than anticipated DryPro handled it excellently at no additional charge. The Eaton Fire tore through our part of Altadena like a tornado. Miraculously, our house—along with our neighbor's—was spared, but everything around us burned down. Our home was filled with smoke for days and, even a month and a half later, still carries the smell.
Having previously worked with Drypro for water and mold damage, I reached out to them again based on that positive experience. I spoke with Mike (Supervisor), explained our situation, and we agreed to meet as soon as the National Guard allowed residents back into the area.
As soon as they did, Mike was at my house for a walkthrough. He assessed the damage, explained the proper processes and tools for remediating smoke and ash damage, and addressed all my concerns and questions. He developed a solid plan for remediation, giving me confidence in the next steps.
I only wish my insurance company had been as fast, thorough, and transparent as Drypro has been during this disaster.

We had a massive flood in our home. My neighbor recommended Art. He came to our home with a nice smile. After he walked around, we sat at our kitchen table. He advised us on what we should do. I discovered that my back door had been leaking and letting water in under the floor. The water had saturated the hardwood floors and parts of the walls. I contacted Drypro and within hours, they were here to assess the damage. The Drypro team provided clear communication throughout the process and did a fantastic job cleaning out all of the mold and damaged materials. I highly recommend their services.

Bentley came out an did a free estimation at our newly purchased house. He took the time to evaluate and in the ned he decided it wasn't worth doing a full remediation. He took the time to show us around and gave us tips to kill what we saw and prevent future mold. He armed us with the knowledge and piece of mind to tackle the project ourselves and we are forever grateful! He even gave us the names of some recommended air samplers in Eugene too. If anything ever comes back or we have future issues, I will never call another company. 6 out of 5 stars!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was referred to Drypro. Within minutes I got a call from Art who asked questions and I sent him photos so he could see what was going on. He was able to make arrangements to come out the next morning. He was friendly and courteous and was able to fix the problem without having to demolish my kitchen counter and cabinets! We had two leaks in our home and were unsure where they were coming from or how to go about fixing them. After receiving multiple quotes, we were recommended to contact Art at Drypro Restoration and I could not have made a better decision. Extremely good customer service, incredibly competitive pricing, knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. They were able to assess the damage, dry and clean all mold and help find where the leaks were as well as recommend ways to repair it. They even worked well with my contractor in scheduling around the coming rain and helping to close off the areas so they leaks were sealed until it could be fixed. If I ever find myself in a situation such as this again, I will not hesitate to contact Drypro Restoration again. HIGHLY recommend.

The last thing you want to deal with is a flood in your home. I contacted Drypro and was taken care of from the first phone call to the minute they finished. I have never dealt with a flood before and thanks to Art I didn't feel like I did. They came out, inspected the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote, then within a few days my house was back to normal. Art and his crew were quick, professional and knowledgeable. I was very lucky to find Drypro and I hope to not have another flood again but wouldn't be that upset about it being that I found a company I know will take care of it.

Drypro is amazing. My house had a lot of mold damage. I thought it would be impossible to get rid of it. The smell was unbearable. But Drypro’s team did it. They worked tirelessly and never complained. The place looks brand new and the smell is totally gone. They were also a big help with the paperwork. That’s always been one of my biggest headaches. When my kitchen and living room got flooded due to a burst pipe under the kitchen sink I didn't really know what to do but one of my friends recommended I call these guys. He recently went through the same thing and had a good experience with them. Shortly after I called them they showed up at my house to inspect the damages and quote me a price. They cleaned up all of the water and moved and cover my furniture. The work that was done was quick and professional. I'm always happy when I good customer service especially when I'm already in a stressful situation like this. I appreciate they're effort to make sure everything was taken care full with no headache to me. If you are flooded and want you want peace mind use thes guys.

I came Home and happened to see that my hallway in the bathroom was flooded. I immediately contacted Drypro Services because my friend suggested them before! 3 weeks ago my dog and I arrived home to find our home flooded! one of the pipes had burst and flooded my entire house. I called my plumber but they were only able to shut off the water lines and weren’t much help...I needed a company that could come out and take care of all the damage caused by the water! Thank god i found these guys...Art came out and immediately made me feel comfortable. He spoke with my insurnace company and able to clean up all the water damage in my home. I’m not sure if he services areas outside of Los angeles but if your within the LA area and if your precious home was flooded or damaged by water, i can attest to the work of Drypro. Thank you Art so much for saving our lives!!!
